This genus is not that easy. I think its better to post pics of open flower unless he has already seen the flowers in past.
I dont see a reason why this cant be P. lacertifer or P. tentaculatus?
Please take a look at the spur on the link. They dont match to this plant.  Peristylus aristatus
Keeping patience always helps.

Dear Pankaj,

Same sp. identified earlier from the same location. I shall try to visit the location
once again if I can find some flowering!

Thank you.

Cant confirm. The spur is different from Peristylus aristatus. Leaves are also not clustered together but can be just due to the habitat.

Could this be the same Peristylus calcaratus (Rolfe) S.Y.Hu as https://groups.google.com/g/indiantreepix/c/ujJjfN6E5Ps/m/h9PC4GbiDgAJ, since
the location, elevation and the phenology is matching.

Thank you.

Cant confirm with these pics. The pics on the other link I think I did identify ultimately as Peristylus aristatus based on the morphology of spur. The spur is not the only character though so it is not possible to confirm. Peristylus can have more than one species at same site.
