Could not match with any of listed Piper in efn and two addition listed P. pedicellatum and 
P. rhytidocarpum.

I think male plant of Piper peepuloides is possible as per GBIF specimen.

No. It is a female plant of Piper Thomsonii. Inflorescence of Piper mullesua have bisexual Flowers.

I could not find listing of Piper thomsonii (C.DC.) Hook.f. in Nepal, 
however, distribution is mentioned in POWO only.  But no record 
of herbarium sp. in Nepal.

Looking the length and the thickness of the of the spike  and the nature of the prophyll, it may not be a P. thomsonii 
Lets have some more picture with the habit, leaves and fruits.

It may not be P. hamiltonii also and could be P. khasianum too.  SO better get more materials.
