I feel it can be Litsea doshia (D.Don) Kosterm. as per POWO specimen and GBIF specimens- one and two and Online Flora of Nepal

Dear Saroj ji,
I think you are right although I do not have detailed knowledge in Litsea. So I remained silent.
Regards,
Tapas

I think Thingnam ji's images of L.doshia in FOI looks like those of Litsea glutinosa
L.doshia is restricted to Nepal as per POWO.
Tabish ji may like to correct.

Thank you Garg ji,
Yes you are right. I had struggled to identify this one when we had clicked it back in 2007. Polunin & Stainton FOH mentions Litsea doshia as distributed from C. Nepal to Sikkim, Burma, and our tree agreed reasonably with the drawing of L. doshia in it. Polunin & Stainton does not mention Litsea glutinosa. But now looking at the images at POWO, I have no doubt it is Litsea glutinosa. I believe, some revision must have reidentified some earlier records of L. doshia from East Himalayas as L. glutinosa.
   Cheers!
