Pl help me in getting ID of this Apocynaceae.

Date/Time-   December, 2009.
 
Location- Place, Altitude, GPS: At sea level; Campbell Bay, Nicobar Island.
 
Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type: Wild

Plant Habit- Shrub

Height/Length- --about 1 m high.
