Seems to be Homalium nepalense Salicaceae.

Seems to Homalium only sir; check it once local species of Hoamalium there is another strong character also; the flower has one whorl perianth, particularly this character has only Flacourtiaceae (Salicaceae) in polypetalae; we considered as Monochlamydeae when perianth one whorl but except this family. - from Paradesi ji.
