Hi, Tabish ji,
Images of Thingnam ji of Salvia fulgens should be of Salvia coccinea only as per images and details herein.
Looks different from Salvia fulgens as per
Pl. correct.

Yes, Garg Ji
It can not be Salvia fulgens. It is Salvia coccinea only.

Plant in the second row appears to be Salvia microphylla. Kindly note the lip  and leaf shape.
