Dear all,
presenting a few images of threatened Meconopsis aculeata, clicked during my recent visit to pangi valley. It has sparse distribution restricted to some remote subvalleys in pangi found growing near water streams, and under rock boulders. I was fortunate enough to locate a few individuals at subalpine-alpine grasslands of Sural and Hudal bhatori, Killar-Kishtwar highway (mainly near streams and grassy meadows). 
Altitude- 2800-3400m asl
