This is a cultivated plant, may not be uncommon, but I am unable to identify it..pics were recorded from Shillong in June 2017...

Please suggest id..

Yes, it appears to be Sarcandra glabra subsp. brachystachys (Bl.) B. Verdcourt (syn: Chloranthus brachystachys Bl.) as per FOC illustration
