Here's a new addition to efloraofindia site.

Premna barbata

Family - Lamiaceae

Common name - Baker (pronounced as Bakaar in H.P.), Vasuka (Sanskrit)

Photographed at Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh

Altitude - 650 metres asl.

Flowering images taken on 8 May 2019

And Fruiting images on 15 June 2019
