Amaranthus viridis wd my guess with the data provided .

Not Digera
flower stalk , size of inflorescence etc is all different

by now its mostly seedpods...
it looks to be Amaranthus viridis

do check it out

As per me A.spinosus or other sp. seem not viridis but not sure, need some more info. for conf.

Thanks, Rakesh ji, Ushadi and Paradesi ji, for id.
Both Amaranthus viridis and Amaranthus spinosus look similar except for the spines.
I do not see any spines in the images.
So should it not be Amaranthus viridis ?
