O. turpethum again .
In my area it is very common , flowers whole year , except after the rains come .........for nearly one to two months,
depending on the spell of rains , it stops flowering and spends all its energy in spreading ........vigorous growth , huge leaves , nearly round in shape with base cordate and apex obtuse ..............once rains stop and sun comes back , depending on the availability of water , new leaf shape changes abruptly to hastate and long narrow . In extreme summer , leaves become very small , linear lanceolate to somewhat trilobed . Flowers will come up now as rain is receding ......bigger flowers than those in summer months .
There was some query and I specifically checked inflorescence and peduncle size compared to petiole .........I found , flower can be single in leaf axil , to multiple flowered raceme ....2 to 4 commonly ......peduncle of inflorescence may be shorter or equal or longer compared to subtending petiole .
Not only that , as winter goes away ........in Surat  after 15 January.......some vines , but not all , show pale yellow colored corolla .......more pronounced in buds and as the day progresses color fades away . Also yellow tinged buds open up about 30 to 60 minutes later .
.............
I have read about O. tansaensis and all I could get is .......it is a sub-shrub as against sprawling O. turpethum . I dream of one fine day going in the area of Tansa lake to
see this species . Online I could find abstract of two recent works by Botanists from Maharashtra ........fortunately they are members of Indian Flora facebook group ........I tagged them , messaged too , but  sadly got no response .
..............
There is a report of very similar looking flower from Tripura .......it has been identified as Merremia mammosa .......its cordate .leaves are distinct in having dentate margin .
