Look like Acacia species (may be Acacia suma)

... if found planted, one of the possibility is Leucaena leucocephala ... please check earlier related posts in the database to compare.

Looks somewhat different from images at Leucaena leucocephala
Also could not find a match as per comparative images at Acacia
We may tentatively keep it as Leucaena leucocephala ?

I too am not confident about Leucaena leucocephala.
The cluster of pods made me think so.
Otherwise the branches seem to bear prickles - not very clear.
Hopefully, someone will comment.

There is no way to be a  Leucaena leucocephala., 
It's Acacia only, Acacia pennata,
