I checked the form of fruit clusters of Sapindus. in eFI and the internet They are always found pendulous, never erect.

Thank you very much Rajendra ji.
Garg ji too has suggested Sapindus trifoliatus.

My concern is about the orientation of the fruit clusters. They are all facing the sky rather than what we normally see - hanging towards the ground.
I tried searching images on the internet; I was unable to find what is seen in the post.

I will take the ID as Sapindus trifoliatus
