According to theplantlist version 1.1. it is Caesalpinia mimosoides .  But   Hultholia mimosoides  (syn. Caesalpinia mimosoides)  acording to this link : https://www.revolvy.com/page/Hultholia. . Which is correct.  If you cut / break the  branchlets you get a smell ( acrid /  acid smell  ? ). A man told me in Vithiri that they call it as  Puliyindam and use for some medicinal purpose.

Yes Mahadeswara ji, thank you very much ... you have pointed correctly.
I read about this changeover in Wikipedia, about this species being shifted to a monotypic genus ... Hultholia mimosoides.
Other taxonomic related sites also have got this new entry added.

I will make changes in my flickr notes shortly.

Regards.

Dear Mahadeswara ji,
There is already a Malayalam wikipedia page on this species ... കൂറമുള്ള് (kuramulla)
There may be mentioned more common name(s) in Malayalam, though puliyindam does not seem to be listed. But I will add it in my notes later.

And I have few compiled some names long back:
commonly known as: feather-leaved cassia, fishbone cassia, five-leaf cassia, Japanese tea, mountain flat-bean, tea senna • Hindi:
