Valley of Flowers ... about 11000 - 12000 ft
Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: erect herb, about 60 - 80 cm high; flower about 2 - 2.5 cm across

Yes Polemonium coeruleum, another common Himalayan plant, more common in subalpine forest regions.

Great catch. The plant belongs to Polemoniaceae(Searched from wikipedia) Earlier thought of Papaveraceae.

In June-July it is abundant. You were lucky to catch it in mid-August!

I think it should be Polemonium caeruleum subsp. himalayanum as Polemonium caeruleum subsp. caeruleum is not reported from India as per Catalogue of life;
