could be a Dioscorea sp
many varieties grow in ODISH
like D. melnoxyllum, wallichii, and bellophyllua etc etc

but when you pull out these things ad weeds,
I am sure nobody will mind if you dig out the tuber or roots etc

it would be nice to see them
