              I'm attaching herewith one photo of tree for your identificatio. A middle sized tree; fruit not edible. Altitude : ca 1,400 m.

Looks different from Syzygium balsameum as per GBIF.

Looks different from Casearia also.

Can it be from Rutaceae?- from me.

This is a member of Rutaceae
Most probably Atalantia sp.
Atalantia simplicifolia (Roxb.) Engl.

Are you sure that fruiting and flowering images are from the same tree ?
Leaves appear OK but Fruits are much smaller in Ilex godajam and Ilex umbellulata as per GBIF.

I also checked with comparative images at Sapotaceae. Closest I can go is Mimusops elengi L.. It looks close, but petioles are small in the specimen.
I am having doubts about (as per GBIF specimens of) Atalantia simplicifolia (Roxb.) Engl. due to Columnar ovary/style/stigma in the flowering image.

If the fruiting image is Mimusops elengi L.., tha flowering image will be of some other tree.

Image with flowers represents characters of Rutaceae member, whereas images with fruits are not clear enough to find exact species.

Yes, may be. But t ofhe fruiting image is also slightly  different.  Fruit not eaten and growing wild, not cultivated.
