I tried all species listed in Checklist of Nepal, as perClosest I could go is Caragana sukiensis C.K.Schneid. as per specimen, but I am not satisfied.

Flora of Bhutan gives the following keys:1. Wing petals with a linear appendage at base almost as long as the claw Species 1 (C. jubata (Pallas) Poiret; C. chambica Prain) & 2 (C. sukiensis Schneider; C. nepalensis Kitamura)
