Yes. A tree. About 5 meters height. Sorry , Scent I could not make out because of distance.

Sorry. It is a shrub rather than a tree. This is after some search ,the tree verses shrub.

I think it is Albizia procera

destined to become a tree, from its short height right now

if can get to it again

please take full plant/tree photos

photos of the leaf//structure// ie branching pattern

and stem/trunk bark

and later fruit as it develops
