Tree identification

Hello folks,

Please help me identifying the tree which does seems like a ashoka tree from the leaves but the flower is a single red flower like a hibiscus instead of being formed in a cluster.

Thanks for the spontaneous response on previous tree. It has been identified as Brownea Coccinea 

Please help identifying a sample probably semi-epiphytic species pictured below. Probably ficus spp.

I have only one sample collected from Meghalaya.
