Polyzygus tuberosus Dalzell is a syn. of Pinda concanensis (Dalzell) P.K.Mukh. & Constance, from which it looks different.

Appears to be some Seseli species.

Pl. check Seseli indicum Wight & Arn. syn. of Seseli diffusum (Roxb. ex Sm.) Santapau & Wagh (India (Plains of India), S-Nepal, Pakistan (I), Myanmar [Burma] )

I think this may be Oenanthe javanica (variable species as far as leaves are concerned as can be seen from GBIF). This is also reported from South India as per
