IBP in its description says:
Berries subglobose, ca. 1.8 cm in diam., sparsely appressed pubescent.
While  Flora of Bhutan says as Berry globose, 6-10mm, glabrous, calyx persistent until fruit is ripe.

Maybe the berries become glabrous on ripening.
