Dear Tabish ji,
Images of Blastania cerasiformis in FOI should be of Ctenolepis garcinii (Burm. fil.) Naud. (syn: Blastania garcinii (Burm.f.) Cogn.) as per details at Ctenolepis
Blastania cerasiformis (Stocks) A.Meeuse is only distributed in Gujrat in India as per as per details at Ctenolepis‎.

   Although the images are not very clear, I think looking at the fruit, it should be Ctenolepis garcinii.
