I also think it should be Pseudanthisthiria heteroclita, seeing the general habit, long white bristles and top leaves.
Many of the sheets of Themeda quadrivalvis and Pseudanthisthiria are misidentified in many herbaria. Kindly check if the awn is hairy or glabrous. Themeda will have hairy awns visible under a hand lens, whereas Pseudanthisthiria awns are glabrous. This is one of the best method to differentiate the two. Also see if there are involucral spikelets and how many (sterile spikelets covering the raceme containing fertile spikelets). Other characters like hairyness, tubercle based bristles on leaves, spathes or glumes are all variable and are found across many similar genera.
