Picture taken on the mountain at Karla, Lonawala on 7/3/12.
A very small weed growing wild, having single bright yellow flower.
The entire plant seemed very hairy.
Id please.

Do you have a picture showing the basal leaves and please tell us the height of the plant.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
I checked for more pictures, one more is similar frame.
This was a small weed growing on the rocks on the mountain top, due to lack of water. Whole plant less than a feet long.
In the monsoon,it could look different.
