Hello,

pl find attached few photos of a plant 6 in flower seen at Iruppu,
Kodagu, Karnataka for identification. date of sighting 30.07.2011.

Elatostema sp. of Urticaceae family.
An evergreen herb seen mostly along streams.

Elatostema sps. possibly umbellata, but doubtful. Need to check the
floral arrangement as the photograph showing inflorescence is not
clear.

To me appears close to Elatostema lineolatum WightĀ as per images, details and references herein.
