Dear sir/madam, 

Any idea about this tree?

This is a medium-sized tree, found in Lowland of Nepal at 100 m asl. 
Leaves are think. Sorry for the poor and incomplete photos.

 Thank you! I think the leaves do not match. The species you suggested has not been reported yet from Nepal.

Yes it is not reported but found in Bangladesh and Assam. So I just suggested that there could be possibility. By the way flowering bud  images indicates towards Syzygium sp. Please check 
also.

Yes it is not reported but found in Bangladesh and Assam. So I just suggested that there could be a possibility. By the way flowering bud images indicate Syzygium sp. Please check 

I tried comparative images at Syzygium, but could not find a match, with these images.- from me

Based on leaf arrangement I guess it could be Syzygium samarangense. Hope I will get phots of fruits soon. 

The following is not a proper taxonomic site but leaf character match with the image.

Was it cultivated ?
I do not think it is Syzygium samarangense as per images and details herein.

It looks close to Syzygium formosum (Wall.) Mason and POWO/CoL mention 
distribution in Nepal.
According to the Flora of Bhutan it looks very close!

Thanks for pointing it out. 
After looking into Flora of Bhutan, I agree with you. The species S. formosum has been reported from eastern Nepal

Lets close this case by confirming it as S. formosum.

Yes, Syzygium formosum is possible as per GBIF, Specimen, Plant illustrations, Useful Tropical Plants, Facebook and POWO
