Asteraceae Fortnight Part 1-Radiate Heads: Anaphalis sp. 02052013GS1 for ID from Chakrata-GS16

Please help in the Id of this Anaphalis species from Chakrata with 1-nerved linear-lanceolate leaves, pointed at tip, amplexicaul at base, softly woolly on both surfaces and stem.
