I think it should be Scleromitrion verticillatum (L.) R.J.Wang (syn: Hedyotis verticillata (L.) Lam.) as per differences between closely related species at
GBIF (high resolution specimens) FOC illustration  Flora of China

Calyx is densely hispidulous in Scleromitrion verticillatum (L.) R.J.Wang (syn: Hedyotis verticillata (L.) Lam.) and glabrous in Scleromitrion tenelliflorum (Blume) Korth. as per Scleromitrion sirayanum (Rubiaceae: Spermacoceae), a new species of the Hedyotis-Oldenlandia complex in Taiwan- Tian-Chuan HSU, and Zhi-Hao CHEN- Taiwania 62(2): 151‒156, 2017
So it is Scleromitrion verticillatum (L.) R.J.Wang (syn: Hedyotis verticillata (L.) Lam.) only.
