On following keys at and description in Flora of Bhutan, as below, I feel it to be close to E. integrifolium (D. Don) Weddell:
E. integrifolium (D. Don) Weddell; E. sesquifolium (Blume) Hasskarl - Probably only a variety of E. /ineolatum, most closely allied to var. integrifolium from which it differs in its quite entire leaves and in often having 2- 4 smaller flower heads at each node.
Bhutan: S- Deothang district 0 (Narfong); Sikkim: Darjeeling. Warm broadleaved forests, 1500 m. March.

Flora of China mentions two varieties, based on hairiness of the stem. From these images it appears to be glabrous (?). Pl. post original images to confirm.
