Asteraceae . First thing came to mind was Tagetes minuta which it is not . Should be a close cousin .

Great find , Saroj sir . I wd like to know about the journey you took to reach this ID ! 
What hints , clues you had ! 
I had spent about an hour on it , but , obviously without any result .

I spent a lot of time

I gave up because I thought that perhaps these flowers are not fully developed and hence I cant make decisions
I thought it was just me...
