Kindly identify this creeper growing out of rocky terrain, with reddish branches, palmate leaves and minute red/yellow flowers photographed near Madanapalle, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh in February 2017.

This appears to be Cissus repanda (Wight & Arn.) Vahl [Vitaceae].

What would you say about this ?
Can it be Cissus woodrowii (Stapf ex Cooke) Santapau as I do not see any tendrils ?

It could be repanda because the plant seems Straggling shrub,
tendrils some times deciduous...
and one more thing woodrowii not reported earlier from Chittoor,
