 Bark turns in blood red colour when peel off. Manipur, Northeast India

 I had another Photo . Photos depicts Branching pattern. The  branches were of drooping pattern.

I think it is very difficult to say definitely about id with these images.
Pl. check GBIF for Knema tenuinervia and details at Knema attenuata (Hook.f. & Th.) Warb. as per suggestion by Kanhaiya Lal ji.
Three species may be recorded in your area as per Flora of China:
More species may be available in your area as per details in the following publication.
Pl. see detailed publication at

I think you should collect flowering and fruiting images along with backside of the leaves.

I think it is Knema sp. [Myristicaceae]. May be K. tenuinervia.
For id you can consult -   Dipanwita BANIK and Priyankush Protim BORA. 2016. A taxonomic study on the diversity of Indian Knema Lour. (Myristicaceae). Taiwania 61(2): 141‒158.
