"No JM,
This is a Mammillaria.  Look where the flowers are coming from, between the tubercles from the axils.  Turbinicarpus (and more other cactus) will bloom from the areoles.  Not really sure of the species, a bit like compressa, but not quite.  I’m just not sure, but a nice looking plant.  Is it part of a clump or are those individuals?

Thank you Sir for the ID and the difference from Turbinicarpus. I think those are individual plant, but I can not confirm, because it's my colleague who visited the place. Attaching a picture that suggests the place is a nursery.
