I’m assuming it is confirmed as Myrtaceae but I don’t recognise this genus/species at all. It doesn’t match any Australian plant. Clustered flowers like that are found in a few genera from South America: eg, Eugenia, Myrceugenia, Myrciaria (fruit and seed features would help). I suggest you forward the images to someone who knows South American taxa. Possibilities would be: Les Landrum, Bruce Holst, Carolyn Proença, or Marcos Sobral.
