I think it is having two different fruits from different species in the image.

Pl. check Sterculia foetida. To me fruit with four parts looks close.
Looks different from Heritiera, though from the same family.
This was earlier identified in your another post at MS Feb,2017/03 Heritiera sp. for id

However, single fruit and leaves may be of some other species.
On further scrutiny of all species as mentioned in BSI Flora of India with details, I found these may be close to Heritiera papilio Bedd. as per details and references herein.

To me appears close for the single fruit.
