I could do if a photo showing its features were provided - e.g. 1. sori on underside of pinnae, and 2. stipe plus lowest pinna.

No base, no sori - it's the equivalent of sending a photo of a flowering plant with just a leaf-tip, no flowers or fruit and asking for identification.  Please do realise!

That is Dryopteris sparsa as I kknow it well from growing it here - and we can see most of the basl pinna, though not the stipe.  Ferns have sori underneath which are important.
