Bamboo for ID, Sylhet, Bangladesh NAW-APR19-01

Kindly identify this bamboo which is flowering right now near Sylhet Bangladesh. My guess is that it is Bambusa tulda but im not very good at identifying bamboo. Ill add more pictures...
