Genus is confirmed, it matches with  Callianthemum.
According to FOP there are 2 species of same,http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=105095 , and it seems Callianthemum alatavicum  for me  http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=200007544.

please validate, highly thankful.
