Ushadi completes 10,000 messages

Dear members,

Ushadi, is with us during this wonderful journey of efi, since Feb.' 2011.

She has become only the 6th member to complete 10,000 messages in the history of efloraofindia.

Ushadi has been unconventional face of efloraofindia. She always looks up most of the threads & gives her views, appreciate them or asks for some queries along with helping in Ids. Lot of threads become more important due to her lively discussions with the members. She has very good expertise in Ornamental plants and plants from USA. 

She has been one of the most valuable member during this long journey of efi, with enormous contributions, for which she will always be remembered.

My Great salute to Ushadi, for her contributions, in building eFlora of India.

          and grad students and post docs participating and enriching this forum and the website

Its nice of you to keep track

but its just a number

I personally am not impressed with numbers:  mine or any body else's,

(except for your numbers of files on creative commons, phew,  when do you do all that?).

but  I am impressed  with the appreciation of my questions and /or discussions

my questions that sometimes are prodding

some people don't like them, but most do respond positively

either by finding more info or forgotten pictures

we are all that much richer for the positive response from the hardworking photographing

botanists and scientists and citizen- scientists, physicians.

Well 10,000 writeups

since is a milestone efloraindia recognizes, I  am humbled

and thank you for noticing it.

during that CSIR meeting week or was it ten days

the park visit was made delightful because you two were there.
