Sorry I can't help much with this, I think it is Ophiorrhiza. I did write up this genus for the Flora of Bhutan in 1993, 28 years ago but haven't looked at the genus since!

I think it may be Phlogacanthus curviflorus as per Barnali ji's publication at 
Diversity and Ethnobotany of the Genus Phlogacanthus Nees in Assam and GBIF.
