I think matches with Tylophora ovata (Lindl.) Hook. ex Steud. as per synonyms, details and references herein.

Is not it unique that some nodes have 3 leaves instead of opposite leaves ??

Interestingly, both Flora of China  & Flora of Pakistan are silent about leaf arrangements.
However, the genus link of Flora of Pakistan says, leaves opposite.
