This one was above Triund. I could not place this (I thought of Swertia, Bupleurum, Euphorbia...). Please advise.

Bupleurum to me.
Beautiful images, and because of late season morphology is partially changed (as I understand).

Although flowers look very different, if it is Swertia, S. alternifolia is the possibility because of alternate leaves  altitude matches with its Distribution in Choor and Kedarkanta 
This comment in FBI 4: 128 is important "All authors describe the flowers as Golden or yellow, it is probable they have no authority except Royle's artist, and that the flowers are really Lurid blue"
