Can you please ID the creeper growing wild. Possibly Asclepediaceae

I did think so too but the leaves seemed to be too rounded. Hence I
am having a doubt and wanted to confirm from the experts

From fruits it appears that it may not be a asclepiadaceae member

Yes, it is Hemidesmus indicus.
Balkar ji, I think you meant flower-buds...it is more clear in the 2nd picture.
