It is Aporosa lindleyana of Euphorbiaceae, In Kerala it is the  tree of triketa star (kettai, one of astrology star)

Similar to Aporosa cardiosperma but the fruits are somewhat depressed, suggesting recognition as a distinct variety after further studies.
