1 and 3 I cant tell with absolute certainty

but 2 is ALOE not phologacanthus

please look up the flowers of aloe!!!

AND this is why taking the entire plant and pictures of the basal rosettes is soooooo very important...

I think it may be Phlogacanthus curviflorus as per Barnali ji's publication at 
Diversity and Ethnobotany of the Genus Phlogacanthus Nees in Assam and GBIF
