3 species .....very close looking ...... Synedrella nodiflora , Sclerocarpus africanus  and  Calyptocarpus vialis 
Unless seen physically , very difficult to tell them apart . 
Luckily I have witnessed all 3 !

Calyptocarpus vialis : Not listed in Nepal
