Only two sp, F. canadensis and F. tenuicolus are listed but does not look like matching !

Yes, does not match with these two on checking on net as per

Favolus (comparative images and refrences)

It seems to be similar to Trametes species- Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur, Nepal

Pl. check.

What are the species listed in your book ?
