Not Rubus ellipticus, please go with Rubus racemosus Roxb. Rubus ellipticus is different with 3 foliate leafTerminal leaflet is obovate and broader and basal are small and possess yellow golden druplets. As i saw theImage it has imparipinate 3-5 folate leaf.
