Hi, Raju ji,
What are the species reported from your area?
To me it appears similar to
Dioscorea deltoidea
Wall. ex Griseb.
as already identified at
ID No. 30102020_1 RD
, as tubers appear similar.

Hi, Bhaskar ji,
Can this also be
Dioscorea decipiens
Hook. f. as per details at
Flora of China
and
FoC illustration
?
After going through this and
Dioscorea deltoidea
Wallich ex Grisebach in Martius as per
Flora of China
and
FoC illustration
, I feel it more close to
Dioscorea decipiens
Hook. f.
